Andere toepassingen van het product zijn het schoonmaken van gitaarsnaren, zolang het er niet direct op wordt gespoten omdat het het hout kan beschadigen, evenals het reinigen van meubels of met leer beklede voorwerpen. Kleefstoffen die achterblijven op glas, ramen, deuren of spiegels na het verwijderen van labels kunnen gemakkelijk worden verwijderd met een kleine hoeveelheid WD40, voorzichtig aangebracht met een doek. De fles is een fles van 1 liter met het Double Action-systeem. Dit systeem garandeert dat de canule niet verloren gaat en vergemakkelijkt de uitleg van het product omdat het de keuze tussen een brede of nauwkeurige toepassing mogelijk maakt, afhankelijk van de kenmerken van de situatie waarin deze wordt gebruikt.
